What A Marvelous God With A Marvelous Present

What’s the most particular present you’ve ever acquired? Did you obtain it in your birthday, for Christmas, or on one other event? By the years I’ve acquired some wonderful presents, however Jesus is probably the most marvelous present ever given. And it’s the most wanted present ever given.


The apostle Paul taught that by one man — Adam — sin entered the world, and loss of life was pronounced upon all, for in Adam all have sinned. However, grace entered the world by way of Jesus, and a forgiven life and everlasting life can be found to all who imagine. Adam introduced into the world sin, offense, judgment, condemnation, disobedience, and everlasting loss of life.


But Christ introduced grace, justification, righteousness, obedience, and everlasting life.


Christ’s loss of life saved us from God’s wrath. We now reside with hope of everlasting life reasonably than beneath the curse of loss of life. We rejoice in God who, in His Son, atoned for our sins. Our justification is full and irrevocable; there isn’t any condemnation in Christ Jesus. And Paul confidently wrote that “he who has begun a very good work in you’ll full it till the day of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:6).


What a wonderful God, with a wonderful present.
